Our company has valuable experience in the loading, unloading, lifting, and positioning of machine tools; we have handled several instances of customs clearance, transportation, and positioning of imported machine tools for our customers.

When the cargo was shipped from Germany to Shanghai Port or Tianjin Port, our company switched bills and cleared customs at the earliest convenience. After customs clearance was completed, the goods were sent to a warehouse for unpacking and then transported to other cities in China, such as Haikou, Nanyang, Kaifeng, etc, on suitable low-bed trailers.

After the cargo arrived at the customer’s premises, we arranged unloading & unpacking to check whether the goods were in good condition or not. We then used a crane and forklift to move the goods to the required location. During this period, protection work is done to avoid damage to the machine tools and the surroundings, and the storage of spare parts and on-site cleaning work were completed afterwards.

Considering the high value of the machine tool, we think from our customer’s perspective. In addition to purchasing insurance for the customer and taking and archiving photos of the whole process, we also appointed staff to the premises to coordinate and supervise the on-site operation, ensuring the business ran smoothly and safely. The customer was happily satisfied with our forethought and preparation.
